Information we collect
We collect the information you provide when you create an account — such as your name and email — along with the content you create in your workspace (boards, tasks, members, and related data) and basic usage and device information that helps us keep Klyvo secure and improve it.
Payment & billing information
Klyvo offers paid subscription plans (Pro and Pro Plus) billed monthly. Payments are processed by our payment partner Razorpay through wevvai.studio's secure payment infrastructure. We do not store your full card number, CVV, or bank credentials on our servers — that sensitive payment data is handled directly by the payment gateway in accordance with applicable card-network and PCI-DSS standards. We do retain limited billing records such as your plan, billing currency (INR or USD), transaction identifiers, invoice history, and the status of your subscription so we can provide the service, issue receipts, and comply with tax and accounting obligations.
How we use your information
We use your information to provide and improve Klyvo, process and manage your subscription, secure your account, communicate with you about your workspace and billing, and deliver support. We do not sell your personal data.
Sharing with service providers
We share limited data with trusted service providers who help us operate Klyvo — for example, our payment processor (Razorpay), cloud hosting, and infrastructure operated by wevvai.studio. These providers may only use your data to perform services for us and are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
Data security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your data in transit and at rest. Payment transactions occur over encrypted connections through our payment partner. While no system is perfectly secure, we work continuously to keep your information safe.
Data retention
We keep your account and workspace data for as long as your account is active. Billing and transaction records may be retained for longer where required by law. You can request deletion of your account, subject to any records we must keep for legal or financial compliance.
Your choices
You can access, update, or delete your account information at any time from your workspace settings, and manage or cancel your subscription from your billing console. Contact us if you need help exercising these rights.
